Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will not incur any fees.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your non-refundable retainer fee, or 30% of the total service cost, whichever applies.
